When we enter our 50s, if you get it right and I'll come back to the yet, you gain access to legitimate cognitive superpowers. Whole new levels of intelligence come online in our 50s,. New levels of creativity, new levels of empathy, newlevels of wisdom - all these things that people don't know about until they're older. You have to counteract the natural risk aversion that comes with aging and the physical fragility that comes withaging. The research is really fucking clear. There's shit you want to do in your, you want to rock into your 80s and 90s and 100s, you can. And interventions at any point matter. Even low level exercise
