Is There a Framework for Order and Coherence?

In both the physic environment and these information environments, there is the possibility of a higher level of order that might bring coherence to what might otherwise be forces that are pulling the experience into different directions. And i was hoping that you would tell us about the basic framework. What is it? I'm learning along with everyybody else, what it is that's one of the risks when you put something out there that isn't done yet. That's the reason to do something like that. So haveit bee, put it out there, not entirely bated, and then asking for and eliciting back feedback.
