In the law enforcement culture and in the first responder community as a whole like that culture there's that stigma of if you can't handle the stress you're a broken toy. What incentive does somebody have to come forward and go hate like Sarge? I'm not sleeping I think about it all the time, he says. "The momentum is starting the shift in favor of it no longer being that where you're gonna be treated like a broken toy"
