Chad and Jim Geraghty find it hilarious that the city of San Francisco concluded that after six years, their boycott of red states has had no impact whatsoever on those states, has significantly increased costs and red tape for the city, and repealed the boycott.

Meanwhile, it's good that an ISIS mastermind who killed Americans during the withdrawal from Afghanistan was killed, but Chad and Jim wonder how the Taliban found that terrorist before the U.S. did.

Finally, the White House is formulating an official strategy to rebuild Kamala Harris' image, which is a crazy thing for an 80-year-old president to have on his to-do list as he's trying to convince America for four more years.
