The first idea for action is all around aligning the contributor, so the person doing the work, with the contribution. So i guess the thing to reflect on here is that it's very easy for a manager to sort of set the objectives and then assign people to deliver upon them. But what happens there is people not be brought into what they might need to do. They're not particularly connected to it because they ave not come up with the what needs to be done or the way it needs to bedone. And if you can create a beter sense of connection between the job, the contributor, and the work to be done, the contribution, you can actually find ways to increase
