The Importance of Liberalization in India

In the 80s and 90s, India seemed like it was frozen in time. But post-1991 you had liberalization after the fall of Soviet Union. And now what's amazing is I'm actually starting to bet on that happening again. The US government just failing harder and harder with more money at the local, state and federal level.
