The Advantages of HPV-Based Testing After Treatment of CAN2
The new ACOG practice advisory has to do with this treatment. It's basically the excision of CAN2 or more and ways to prevent recurrence. The preferred is six months, the HPV check, and if your HPV is positive, then you can go ahead and do copo and appropriate biopsies. But it is still acceptable to not do the HPV check at six months and just go straight with coposcopy and ECC.
