We do not now have an economy of free mark san individual choice, Alix says. We cannot afford to use all the sources of carbon fuel that are in the ground,. until recently, highly successful and profitable american industry was seeking precisely to do that on a very large but wel de dmat nation. If you look at the particular needs of an area, which within which fracking is supposed to take place, do you elevate those above if there are the benefits of fracking that would affect others? It's a bit like you have a third runway, or whatever. Is how do you determine which the boundaries of the democracy that are taking these decisions?
