Alicia Kearns is chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, which held a hearing on Interpol in 2021. She says there are two buckets where she thinks we need major reform of Interpol. The first is that they don't currently publish the criteria on which red notices are based. We need to see what the criteria is and we need to make sure that there's a high evidentiary basis for every single red notice that goes through.
