The History of the Cherry Grove Meat Rack
In the 1950s, cherry grove was an established artist enclave. The meat rack didn't grow into what it famously became until later. Men from the grove made their way through the forest to go dancing at the sandpiper in the pines and the guys from the pines marched en masse to the grove's ice palace.
