China's Got Much More Bad Debt Than We Do
The 2008 financial crash largely around the housing bubble here in the United States took well over a decade for us to like truly recover from. China's got many times more bad debts in the housing markets than we do. I don't know if it will ever actually eclipse the US economy. We'll have to wait and see what happens because I think you could wind up seeing like a lost decade of growth like Japan when it's massive property bubble finally burst.
