The test for this is I look at reps calendars. Do you have enough demos on your calendar? And hire more people when reps are already sort of starving for leads, your sales are going to dip because you're just going to spread the limited leads that you do have to reps that are less tenured and have a lower conversion rate. So we knew that it was time to hire more folks.
