I was speaking to a business owner the other week actually who's who does um Contain the storage Um, you know all these containers that come in he stacks them up. He was asking him about whether the cost of shipping and cost of fuel and all the rest of it was particularly impact in his business And he was saying no, you know People will always need the containers. Yeah, we are recession proof In fact, one of the things that we're looking at is There's 60 there's a 60 percent deficit in container storage in the uk so he's looking at buying air because of fields just to stack containers on Because yeah They're a good business and very easy to finance So
