Will Clarence Thomas Vacate the 11th Circuit Stay?

Trump has requested emergency relief from the Supreme Court. The justice that sits over the 11th Circuit is Clarence Thomas. He can on his own vacate the11th Circuit stay. But he won't take the initiative to either grant or refuse to grant it right away. Delay serves Donald Trump because Judge Cannon can continue. She's already extended her deadlines once. As long as our continuing the DOJ is right now, we have no idea. They could be getting additional search warrants, additional subpoenas, making additional arrests on the basis of those 103 documents. And there's nothing that any court can do about it unless the Supreme Court decides to stop it.
