Is Time Going Slow Slow?

When you're out of it time is seen as not influential. You don't have to take three months to wake up from a 300 year dream. It isn't like time has a it's got a gear and it's waiting for you and then it's slow rolls you. The only thing that could be fooled was reality, so how could any illusion fool reality unless reality wanted to be fooled by that?
