Women's Audio Mission - Is There a Community of Women?

i never felt too much of a boy's club feeling beingt am or a tiny telephone, but i have felt that at other studios. A and a, the cole thing about that is that i will be perhaps the first woman to work at that recording studio. And because of that, i'll have those same steos reach out to me and be like, hey, do you know any other women who are recording engineers in our area? Because we'd love to hire more people. But there's so much work to be done.
