I think the way that you popped onto the scene for kind of business and management writing was kind of the incisive take applying business frameworks to the office with the Gervais principal. I wanted to maybe ask you to meditate on that just a little bit teach us what model questions and actor questions are and why you are pulling towards actor questions is these kind of great truths things that can either be entirely right or entirely wrong for somebody? That's an interesting challenge to try and connect up to those three thoughts the idea of 20% beef then the model versus actor distinction and the whole full right versus full wrong so let's take them in with the actors with his models things first.
