The Taste of Table Salt

French sea salt is very grey looking and the texture of it, it's quite sandy. And then what you're tasting essentially there is the closest thing to a pure salt flake. Some famous chefs have even said that our salt is sweet. What they mean by that is there's no bitter aftertaste, so it's much cleaner on the finish.
