Reframing Rejection
I think that we can reframe rejection for people who are chronically afraid of being rejected. We find ways to access positive emotions within these negative experiences right so that they don't feel as devastating as they would have otherwise. Even as you grieve the rejection I need you to also access the joy inherent in the experience and there's no way that can be taken away from you. Think about initiating reaching out putting yourself out there as aligning with your larger values of connection and you're acting within those values instead of your fears and your triggers.
