The Importance of a Better Culture

If you were to let in Venezuelans, even other ones getting out, I think it's probably likely they're more sympathetic to socialism than Native born Americans. In the case of things like terrorism, this is really ridiculous. Like what fraction of Muslims ever commit any terrorist acts in their entire lives? And that's where we need to say, does it really make sense to go and punish the 99.9999 for this very tiny minority?
