Neo VIM has got to be right. Is the API open and documented? Probably not. It's probably brand new and moving very quickly. Wouldn't get him co-pilot just document itself. The other thing that I've noticed is GPT-4 specifically has such a big memory space. You can insert so many tokens into that thing that it can keep contextually aware. And you can actually paste in an entire project's documentation and get answers about it.
