Co Elevation - What Is It?

Co elevation is a term that my co author, kitrasi came up with many years ago. The idea is that we need to rely on each other to be able to cross the finished line of a project together very strongly. In our research, we found that over 70 % of o team members felt that they weren't being heard or involved in the major issues of the organization. And so if we're try to create a high performing team, we thinking what our responsibilities are to each other is critical.
