Is the Next Generation EU Funding Working?
EU funding to member states is conditional on countries having a strategy around climate and digitalization. And separately, there's also a pot for health. Unlike in the financial crisis this time, there's conditions attached - not just public private, but public public. The biggest danger I see for the immediate future is that lots of countries have put in a lot of money,. you know, whether it's on furlough schemes or other things.
