Is There a Limit to Machine Learning?

Citizen scientists are training computers to identify objects in the sky. The data that they have access to is getting more complete and machine learning friendly, so there's no limit as to how far we can go. But it will take years to figure out all of the things our universe has to offer us - such as fast radio bursts on Mercury.
