The Wreckage of a China Spy Balloon

CNN's John Sutter asks why China would send a weather balloon over the U.S. He says it wouldn't seem to serve an obvious purpose and is risky if you're trying to test new technology. It reminds him of Father John Ray SM, who prayed for rain in Papua New Guinea when his river ran dry. The locals cried but he was able to get them there with some rainfall.
