Is Your Mental Health Data Being Dispersed to Data Brokers?

A Duke University report found almost at 111. 11 data brokers agreed to sell information that identified people by issues, including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. So how is this information being dispersed to these data brokers? Is it only from mental health professional using an online portal or telehealth apps, telegram on the brain?
