Learning About Asian American History Can Be Particularly Impactful for Asian Students
A lot of asian americans have tended to keep their heads down, to try to do well in school, but not speak up. So we need them to speak up, but to learn what has happened before. In the late 18 hundreds, early 19 hundred, a hundred and 20 thousand japanese American prisoners were incarcerated. They should be proud of that history of fighting back,. Of seeing the hatred sometimes spilling over but still fighting back"
