Can you go into a little more details on how you got the financing for this 46-unit deal in the Ozarks? Did you do this solo by selling some of your properties or did you have partners going into this? From the very beginning, we had partners and deals just because already at the time had a pretty sizable Facebook group called Airbnb Professional Hosts. And so basically we put together a joint venture agreement and raise the money and open our first hotel.
