Energy Bill Support Scheme
Emma says the government has run out of time to do big things that will help this winter. She thinks energy bill support scheme and rebates should be increased in line with where gas prices have actually entered up. The trust also supports a tariff deficit scheme, which would loan industry money to buy more expensive gas.
