Traprane and the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland
We don't see any evidence of significant population change overthe the late bronze age and the ironate. What seems to change, effectively, is the society and the politics, rather than the people. The centuries after rome, we do begin to see changes. We see the spread of the anglo saxon waddled into southeastern scotland. But we don't really see evidence of any large scale population movement over that period. i think it is very much the changing society and the changing politics that is changing the nature of traprane.
