The Reward of Not Hiring African American Players
If there was a racist, anfel owner, and he just decided, i'm only going to hire white players. Let him try. What would happen? The guy would lose every game. In fact, they would be blown out if they had to exclude all the african american players. So there's no way that an nfl owner is going to do that, because the market place will punish him. You discriminate, you don't hire the best people because you're a racist, you get punished by the market. And so what kind of message is that sending to entra pernurse who can see this and see how ridiculous it is?
