Boxite Mining

CNN's John Defterios followed the trail of boxite down the Amazon River. Boxite is used to make alumina, a white powder that becomes aluminum. The process has been around for 100 years but hasn't changed much in its nature. "It's impossible to clean it up," people who live near MRN mine say.
