Do You Know How Many People Are Actually Taking Horse Pace?

There's a viral story about oklahoma emergency rooms being so overrun by ivor mactinputions that they weren't letting gunshot victims come in. Do we have any idea how many people are actually doing this, verses how much people on the interot want to talk about doing this or not doing this? I don't think we could really quantify it at this point.
