A large number of these scientific studies, behavior studies, and arguably even a lot of the studies into quantitative finance, are now being discredited as either not being statistically significant any more or poorly designed. It's causing this crisis of confidence across the industry. I think in defence of the academic community here, i think they're kind of getting a bad rap, ecause some people from the outside are like, ha, these academics are just like, da to minang,.
