I think that this book helps us helps us do that in a better way. I had been told was the focogian model right of like an earlier brutality that had been aerosolized until the kind of unlocalizable forms of disciplines psychology exams and you know questions of normalcy for me. But years later when I got to Chitty I found myself feeling like I could have some tools to think about this one pang but it's not something that this manuscript addresses. It seems like a perfect or culminating example of exactly the argument of this book about the mobilization of homophobia when it serves the needs of capital.
Featuring Max Fox and Chris Nealon on the late Christopher Chitty's book Sexual Hegemony: Statecraft, Sodomy, and Capital in the Rise of the World System.
