It's really difficult to read the term of the judiciary, but I think since the papers come out, the judge in the library matter, from what I understand, may go back and make clear that his opinion in the library case was not about secondary transactions. So I'm hopeful, and I'm always hopeful that truth will prevail. On the other hand, I do recognize that the SEC wins in about 82% of their cases on investment contracts. If it were to come down to it at the Supreme Court, they would become a clear engine with respect to the fact that it is the business relationship that is the investment contract, not the object.
