How to Be a Successful Owners Rep
I was wondering for someone who's considering using you guys as their owners rep or owners rep in general, how specific and how detailed do you get throughout the process? I don't know how this could be explained. Like are you CC'd in every email between everybody or are you there just kind of touching base once a week to make sure things are on schedule? How does that engagement go or does it vary from project to project? Well, I am. So we know all about the contractors, the architects, the engineers and everybody in town, but we don't know really what the other owners reps do. Yeah. That's an interesting point because that's a very, very high level
