Leaders Build a Culture of Leadership

If you build a culture i think that this becomes contagious if you're a leader start seeing that you have a clear vision for your ministry clear direction this is what we do this is how we win. When they see like leaders start taking larger ownership of things because maybe a leader came up to you and said hey i play guitar would you be okay with me leading worship on a Wednesday night? And then people start seeing that and they're like oh wait i have an idea does this fit in a vision of what we're doing as well. You can start being the person that's just green lighting things instead of having to always rethink everything um  i think this is actually something joseph
