When do choose to extibate, how should i do it? I think we've got to the point where we're relatively comfortable excivating these patients. For most of our patients with a straightforward co of peumonia, we've basically stopped using any sort of anti microble like anti bacterialtherapy. There is a theory that patients with co infection will probably start cropping up at some point in time. But i have not seen ours fbrunc itus in the little ones or influenza at all this season.
