The Transatlantic Power Shift in the British Empire
The war accelerates a power shift that have been happening since the beginning of the 20th century in terms of the movement of strength and power across the Atlantic. Britain's key need is for economic resources that it can only obtain from the United States. And then there's another one that happens within the empire really from the ground up.
