i feel like wisdom, like a wise life, is measured by the imprint it makes on other lives. And i think we also have to recognize that wisdom is a kind of an innate quality too. We often meet people who have no great education, or haven't studied buddhism or anything, and yet they've got this natural intelligence,. That's quite remarkable. In fact, quite humbly, you know, i spend my adult life trying to become more wise, and then i meet someone who has really had no, none of that background at all, but seems a lot wiser than me. I hate the illside of it, i hear you.
