When you wake up at four a m and you try to fix something, as you can make mistakes. You commit some cod which actually involves a problem in an the bigger problem. For example, if it affected only one customer, and after you fix it, affected all the customers. And that's probably the nightmare for the uncalled person. Di that happen to you? I cann't say that it was critical for our business. But of course, for that as from the developer point of view, it was not the best experience.
