Religion Is a Manifestation of Biological Impulse

i applaud both of these efforts and the ways that they arrive there, but i also feel that these writers give a little too much weight to traditional religion. The romantication of a religious past where things were more cohesive doesn't really make sense. We're looking for guidance in the wrong places. Instead of helping us engage with our most important questions, our squeens might be distracting us from them. Maybe we actually need to go to something like church. But we don't usually fare well when we march backwards.
