What's the Role of the C O of the Other Business?
My primary role, historically, has been oversight. To day, more of that is chris hazer's than it is myrol so he's overseeing that motion. I'm basically making a checking in with the c o of the other business regularly. If there's some issue somewhere that i can unlock, i'm trying to unlock that. We've had acquisitions where the cultures just match up really well. And then we've had acquired where they'res like a cultural missmatch.
