Self efficacy is the kryptonite to imposter syndrome. Studies have found that students who have high self efficacy tend to blame their failures on not trying hard enough rather than not being good enough. If you don't think that you deserve more, you're not looking for those opportunities to have more. You might burn out because you are expecting perfectionism from yourself. And I feel like all of those things are something I've experienced financially and it's helped me back.
