You're thinking about your past, you're thinking about what's going on. Youre thinking about healing. And so it helps me pull myself out of just the mental, analytical aspects of am i focusing on the healing of mi wounds and my bad wounds, and what happened tho this, whalt happend tho that? It is bring te right in a moment, i'm breathing, i'm holding this pose, it's kicking my butt, or iis feeling good,
