The building was constructed of some kind of light gray concrete and glass. Moss had discolored the nooks and corners, and the glass appeared thick enough to hold water in a killer whale exhibit. The structure was low and modern. Thick glass halls connected low concrete buildings in a kind of U or C shape,. depending on where you were standing. Pacifica Station is Phase 4, the final phase of the study.
