Are the European Banks Too Big to Fail?

I don't think these European banking issues are a result of low interest rates, I think it's more a function of the government. See them as too big to fail. It's such a common theme. The US dollar going up being strengthened because of the Fed doing their tightening is creating so much pain throughout the entire world. So there's so many cool little things that we can explore in this one. But maybe to start with, if we could frame this, how should we frame this? Maybe like starting with the political piece and Liz. And nice clown suit with the UK conservative party kind of setting their all dressed up. Up potato, up potato.
