The PRA's Proposals for Recovery and Resolution
Small to medium-sized banks is the simple answer. The precise timing of the new rules is not entirely clear, but I think we can expect those reasonable period after that. So, this is definitely something firms need to be taking very seriously and it's pretty soon.
