That was leveraging a combination of artificial intelligence and machine learning to process our customer claims more efficiently and accurately. Processing claims has often been complex and time-consuming for any insurer. 49% of our manual claims processing results in payouts that are lower in dollar value, but we still spend quite a bit of time manually managing them.
